Position Details
- Full-Time
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Monday through Friday
- No evenings or weekends
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the veterinary technician team while promoting a positive, collaborative culture.
- Ensure excellence in patient care, nursing protocols, and client communication.
- Assist veterinarians with examinations, surgery, anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, and advanced procedures.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members.
- Help maintain workflow efficiency and uphold hospital standards.
- Utilize strong technical skills to provide exceptional patient care in a busy clinical setting.
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve patient outcomes and team performance.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a veterinary setting required.
- Strong veterinary technician skill set with confidence in anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, laboratory procedures, radiology, catheter placement, and patient nursing.

- Cornerstone Practice Management Software
- ezyVet Practice Management Software
- IDEXX in-house diagnostics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and support fellow team members.
